Returns & Refunds Policy

APFORCE products are heavy, commercial-grade fitness equipment. Because of their size and freight requirements, returns are handled differently to standard parcel items.

We aim to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Australian Consumer Law, while ensuring freight costs are managed responsibly.


Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • All items are returned in original packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition


Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return freight must be arranged using a freight courier suitable for heavy items

Due to the weight of this product, return freight costs can be significant. We recommend contacting us before arranging a return so we can assist with suitable freight options.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • No one being available to receive the delivery

  • Inaccessible delivery location

Any additional freight charges incurred will be passed on to the customer at cost.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and the issue

  3. Do not discard the packaging until advised

If the issue is confirmed as transit damage or a manufacturing fault:

  • APFORCE will cover all replacement or return shipping costs

  • A replacement, repair, or refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law


Warranty Returns

All APFORCE products are covered by a 2-year Australian warranty.

If a fault occurs during the warranty period:

  • We will assess the issue

  • If approved, return or replacement shipping will be covered by APFORCE

Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged.


Important Notes About Heavy Freight

  • This product weighs over 80 kg total

  • Freight costs are heavily subsidised on outbound delivery

  • Change-of-mind return freight cannot be absorbed due to carrier charges
